What are the stages of our warranty service?
1. You fill in the form
The above button leads you to the complaint form; when you fill it, our system will register your notification and we will send a return message to the indicated e-mail address. The problem will be analysed by our technical team.
2. We send a courier to pick up your tablet
If your complaint is acknowledged, we send a courier (door to door, at our expense) to pick up the device. The courier will reach you within 24-48 h from the moment you receive an e-mail confirmation of your notification being acknowledged.
3. We repair the equipment and send it to you
When we receive your tablet, we undertake repair – we have 14 working days from the moment it is received by our service point. After repair, the device will undergo quality control and only then it will be sent to you. Of course we will inform you about this fact via e-mail.
In the case of a post-warranty / paid repair (physical, mechanical damage), please contact us by phone (+48 12 383 31 30 int. 2) or e-mail – firstname.lastname@example.org – it will allow us to determine the cost of repair. To file a complaint in this mode, please send it directly to the address of our service: Kazimierza Wielka 28-500, ul. Głowackiego 1 with the following annotation: RG Media (shipment at the expense of the Customer). We will repair your tablet within 14 working days and we will send it to you with the added courier fee (cost of repair + PLN 15, the payment shall be made upon the receipt of the device from the courier).
